Access Road/Stream Crossing

An access road can be installed in heavily travelled locations that would otherwise become rutted to gain access from one place to another, usually a feeding site or watering facility. Geotextile is used under a stone base, usually of 304s topped with screenings.

A stream crossing is very similar to the access road but is used in crossing a stream or body of water to gain access to another site for livestock or farm equipment.
