Grade Stabilization Structures

A grade stabilization structure is typically built at the end of a grassed waterway to prevent bank/stream or ditch erosion.

Shown are a pipe drop, rock chute and a timber drop. Design is mostly based on watershed size/water velocity and amount of fall.
